Where I live in Manchester Skodas rule the roost. Plenty of Toyotas as well though. Even some really off choices for cabs- I've seen a Skoda Fabia hatch, and a Nissan Note. Weird. Normally you don't get anything smaller than an Octavia.

So..... we should use cars to drive around in the desert. Polluting it with emissions and leaked toxic fluids from bumping into rocks and driving over small creatures too slow to move out of the way. That's much better.
