Depends on what you classify as upstate. I go based on what Chase Bank classifies as upstate which is... apparently anything north of some area south of me.

I agree. Lots of people just see that their dash is lit up and decide they're good to go. I'm constantly flashing people or turning mine on/off to get them to turn theirs ON!
