So THAT’S what a KTM X-Bow GT3 race car looks like *me likey*
The series is intended for entertainment purposes, as technically it isn’t a sport without athletes. I’m looking forward to seeing the first race, but not expecting much. Just watching for the quirkiness and to see how autonomous racecars pull off passes and the lack of crashes.
Invest in me and you’ll have the first clips late 2017 early 2018, just in time to pick up your Model 3... Thinking I’ll design them to mimic GT3 spec race cars...
Watched it live (btw, first live unveiling I’ve watched), and it looks great. Not liking the “no-grill” front ends, makes it look like a pro-stock drag racer, lol. but other that that little issue, I like all the Teslas.
I’d actually like to see this wing switcheroo.
You snively conniving jerk! I fell for this! An hour later, i am about to google this and thought “Wait, it’s a bit early for April Fool’s” and I had just told my dad about this. So I googled and ... Nothing. It was a goddamn April Fool’s joke.
You’re not alone in the forgetfulness. I thought Brack was deceased from a race car crash... I was sooo wrong. I guess I had him confused with another IndyCar driver.
A year and a half later, Brack was back in the driver’s seat for the following year’s Indy 500, but retired following that race. He occassionally races in rally these days though he is mostly retired. He manages young drivers such as Marcus Ericsson.
Well I had a 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 for 8 years. One year, my windshield had a tiny crack in it, which over time got much larger, to about 1/3rd the width of the car... So I took it to my local shop (can’t remember if I took it to a glass repair shop and then took it to my local shop for an unrelated repair or took it to…
Man, that poor corvette.
On another note, I wish there was a feature in Forza Motorsport to do this to our cars. I mean, the hardcore custom stuff. While you can customize your cars fairly hardcore in Forza, most of the time I guess the types of mods are intended to keep the cars street-legal, in theory. We can’t even…
That Vette tho... hnggggg
They don’t even discuss Nascar on the news, not even for huge crashes like Austin Dillon’s at Daytona last summer... In my area, we get our news from NYC’s local affiliates, and I miss CBS2's Warner Wolf who covered EVERYTHING. Every weekend, he would talk baseball/football (because these are almost never played on…
This is the front end Toyota SHOULD have used on the new Prius itself, not that prison-teardrop-tattoo-next-to-the-eye headlights and scowling fascia.
If it weren’t for the ginormous Laptop screen, i would definitely get one of these.
That’s how i’ve always hoped it is every time I hear of another attack.
I live in America and not ONE American news outlet mentioned anything about the crash, nor the debut of an AMERICAN racing team in one of the top racing series in the world. All they talked about was Baseball spring training, hockey, and the NCAA tournament.
The only thing that paved run-offs do is eliminates track/grass boundaries that could cause racecars to get air and crash even more violently. Another user said that the back straight at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California was paved over after an IndyCar race there in 1999 when racer Greg Moore lost control of…
Or you become trapped in a lake after swerving to avoid an imaginary pelican...
