Not a driver, but a track worker was killed when he was run over by a tractor at the 2014 Canadian GP while he was helping to clear a car off the track after the race had ended. No mention of the fatality on the Wikipedia page for the race, but i remember it was a dark-colored car being cleared, and it was Sergio…
