Exactly! If I went to a lot of fancy-dress stuff or was a part of a fandom (Steampunk, historical reneactments, etc.), then a mustache would work better. I have a similar style aestetic as you it seems, and also very much in agreement with you on that.

To mess with my Canadian friend, I sometimes like to go to CBC or The Globe and Mail and try to find the most “local” story, and then send it to her and be like “wow, #breakingnews!”, pretending it’s the top news story. Usually I pick from PEI or like, the Yukon, but anywhere works, really.
