I assume that since the charge is entered in the system and that the vast majority of customers paid by credit card, the company has an accounting audit trail for every cent. Unless they were somehow able to refund the overcharges to a different payment method, I’m not sure how they could skim.

I haven’t driven either car, but a 2019 M850i can be had for $50k, and is probably a lot quicker and sportier than the Lexus. But no one talks about the M850i anymore, and a lot of reviewers wax poetic about the LC. The NA engine, styling, and build quality seem to make the relative lack of performance irrelevant.

I used to be a big Nissan fan. I was just getting in to cars when the original Sentra SE-R came out and blew everyone’s minds, and I had a Pulsar in the early 90s.

With a factory carbon roof I’m sure they have extra reinforcement and have taken this into account, but an aftermarket one I wouldn’t trust it to be structurally sound at all.
