Engineers tend to lack people skills and shouldn’t talk to end users without a handler.

I had one as an Uber a couple years ago, and I was shocked to find than the interior design was even uglier than the exterior.

It’s fucking pathetic that Trump groveling for cash from Elon could actually work, given that the 2017 Elon that said “Climate change is real...Leaving Paris is not good for America or the world”, but now he’s a total conservative asswipe.

I haven’t driven either car, but a 2019 M850i can be had for $50k, and is probably a lot quicker and sportier than the Lexus. But no one talks about the M850i anymore, and a lot of reviewers wax poetic about the LC. The NA engine, styling, and build quality seem to make the relative lack of performance irrelevant.

CRX HF is the only answer.

If the Challenger/Charger/300 are on the list, shouldn’t the new Z be too? It is an ‘evolution’ of the 370z platform from 2009.

Seems like a fun car, but I wouldn’t know.

I’m actually 5'11", and if I am asked about my height, I say 5'11".  In my experience, dudes that lie about height tend to add more than 2 inches.

Generally Civics. And now I have new neighbors in one house that seem to be trying to do a Fast and Furious origin story. Its not one car, but no less than 5 specific Civics, most early 2000s vintage, tricked out with the same crappy stickers and ebay parts. They work on them ALL THE TIME, and leave their jacks, jack

I used to be a big Nissan fan. I was just getting in to cars when the original Sentra SE-R came out and blew everyone’s minds, and I had a Pulsar in the early 90s.

With a factory carbon roof I’m sure they have extra reinforcement and have taken this into account, but an aftermarket one I wouldn’t trust it to be structurally sound at all.

1995 Eagle Talon TSi AWD. I bought it around 2007 with over 130,000 mid-west miles on it. It was a blast to drive, until it wasn’t.

I remember the old OKC, but I was there when they first decided to implement attractiveness tiers (or whatever they called it) and I saw its effects first hand

What is an “Are Car”? Or is YodaGPT writing headlines now?

My SO placed a deposit on one long before I met her. The availability date has slipped so many times that she usually forgets about it. I try not to be too negative about it, but I’ll be truly surprised if production versions are actually competitive with the latest crop of EVs.

Now playing

It doesn’t really make sense, but still gets me every time.

It’s not like the class-leading infrastructure is going away, and I’d have this fancy high tech car at a bargain price.

I thought the ending of Train to Busan made my house dusty every time I watched it.

I still don’t know why the Commander was such a mess. I used to keep an eye out for cheap used ones that I could fix and flip, but it seemed like EVERYTHING was a problem with them. Engines, transmissions, leaking roofs, the AWD systems.  Plus the abysmal fit and finish and MPG.

I mean I’d never buy a BMW even if you paid me to. They’re hideous, unreliable, plus they just scream douchebag.
