I like Edd as well. But I have no problem watching Ant work, and I enjoyed the US based seasons.

So they’re repurposing a ship that would otherwise be dismantled in an environmentally friendly manner, and your take is it’s bad, just because it’s for a billionaire?
For “regular cars” that don’t need performance brakes, pads and rotors can be replaced quickly and cheaply.
I bought my BMW used, and it happened to have a HUD. Didn’t think I’d care, but I’ve grown to love it.
I won’t buy another car without one. I’ve owned over a dozen cars and SUVs. Only 3 had solid fixed roofs. The rest with sunroofs had them open at least to vent unless it was below 40 degrees F or raining really hard.
The climate change part works both ways though. John Deere has used this as a reason to support locked down systems.
They may be late to this party, but did they really need to be there at all? It seems like they’ve been selling Escalades as fast as they can make them, and lack of performance was probably not something the core demographics were complaining about.
Renting exotics isn’t a new concept. I assume that if the numbers made sense to base it on a lease takeover, someone would already be doing it.
Legit Street Cars did a decent job diagnosing and repairing this system. It doesn’t look as complicated and terrible once you understand how it works.
I rented one years ago and was shocked by how much I liked it. It drove like tiny car, but seemed extremely spacious and practical.
I had a 2004 Saab that had a headlight knob with multiple settings, but didn’t have an option for off.
wouldn’t fake headlights be a great place to put all the sensors and cameras and gibbins and guffins that all those adaptive whatsits and whosits need?
I was stoked about these for a while, but actual lifts aren’t much more expensive so I’m looking at those. Also, 4 post lifts don’t have to be anchored. They can even be mounted on casters.
They needed to rebadge the G35/37 onto the Maxima
Imo many will not like the EV (as shown he gets death threats) and could flop.
I’d love to see someone come to market with a product called “Hump” today...
I was recently at a hotel in a Minneapolis suburb and was surprised to see a C&C style event happening in the parking lot on a Saturday morning. It wasn’t really disruptive to hotel guests early in the morning, but I was happy to be leaving as it was getting started.
I’ve owned 8 cars with sunroofs, one with t-tops, and one convertible. The only car I ever had an issue with leaks on wasn’t one of the above.
I’m 5'11" with a 36" inseam. I don’t fit comfortably in a lot of older sports cars that suit taller people. I’ve never have a problem with headroom, though.
While not blazingly fast, the BMW i3 is definitely quicker than its weird looks and 5.5 inch wide wheels imply.
