Nothing built domestically in 1989 is worth 9 grand

I didn’t expect to be personally attacked this morning, but I agree.  

Not making police vehicles is not the answer. As a black male, I’ve had my share of unnecessary interactions with police. But I’ve never blamed the car they stuffed me into, or the people that made it.

Facebook is bad for democracy and bad for social cohesion. It needs to die.

We were driving one of the last, best vehicles from a storied American brand. They were just driving Mitsubishis.

My wife was disgusted with me as it brought back bad memories of high school douche bags and her ex boyfriend of the time.

My wife will start shopping for a GLE 350 next week. I’ve seen the advertised prices creep up a bit over the last few months, but they do seem to have stabilized lately. I’m really curious as to what the dealer experience is going to be like, and how much ability I’ll have to negotiate off of advertised pricing.

If we (Americans) could fight COVID by manufacturing guns and bullets, I guarantee these idiots would be on board for doing their part. But no one is going to make an action movie or write a hit song about their daddy making the great sacrifice of washing his hands, wearing a mask, and staying home for his country.

The engine basically hasn’t changed, but the 2nd gen RWD models were smaller and something like 400lbs less than the new model.

Its heavy (curb weight 3,927 lbs.), and has a lame NA V6.  

Yeah, as much as I like how a 3-Series drives, gun to my head I’d buy an IS. Reliable, 9/10ths of the driving experience

I can see these ads already. Grizzled cowboy out in a field, holding a shotgun while leaning against an old pickup. Complaining about how Torch hates America and is too good for gasoline because he imported his fancy electric car from China.

The Miata crowd tends to underestimate the demand for 4 seat convertibles.

The flag is not the problem, and expecting any control over the spectators is foolish. Are they going to ban shirts, hats, tattoos, and all the other garbage that is emblazoned with the flag?

These are typically the same “patriots” that proudly celebrate the confederacy, so It’s best to keep your expectations low.
