Its a shame our NG+ data probably won’t count, the second playthrough is way more relaxed - you don’t have to deal with your personal stats and so you get twice as long to look after your buddies

I took about a year off (after finishing it) and just started NG+. Just wait, you’ll get the itch in time.

Leaps of logic are a specialty among those people.

When these clowns say “white genocide,” what they’re really talking about are interracial relationships. The darkies are coming for our wimminses!

do they not have codes?

imaginext blind bags have codes. i cant buy blind toys.

The voice acting and voice animations are great. Damn near looks like they are actually speaking.

Aye. The little discussions you have really help expand the world, and the characters are pretty well developed given how little time they have to spend with them.

I think that’s the only area where I feel the classic Bioware feel, but unfortunately it doesn’t translate into the rest of the gameplay.

Oh, absolutely! If Anthem was a Square game, they could scrap the half-baked choice thing and nobody would be batting an eye. Honestly, they should’ve scrapped the thing and played the dialogues straight, IMO.

Haha I was thinking the same thing. I actually felt like a New Yorker ( I live in NYC) in Fort Tarsiss having random conversations with that person you may see at Starbucks every day that you both go to. The interaction means nothing in the grander narrative of my life, and my choices in that conversation probably

I still think not having any consequences to the choices you make was a bad choice (sexy bad choice? Nah, just bad) =P

It’s funny, because my wife and I said the same thing: This is like Iron Man Diablo.

Obviously, it is impossible to have an issue with that.

I have been playing it and it is glorious. Iron man + attack on Titans + Avatar within the Destiny game loop. What’s not to love. The bones are very solid for a game as a service franchise.

sounds like a reference to future Bowser Bros.

I think this game is being approached with a fair bit of feedback.

I played the demo with a squad and had a blast. The loading times were extremely noticable. The outside mission area thing was very annoying.

THis is exactly what I’ve been feeling. I’ve been following reddit’s anthem sub.

I haven't bought an EA game in a while but after playing the open beta I was sold on the visuals and game play alone. BUT, I still won't be picking it up until full release. And by going from the info of this article that was the right call

I’ll be honest, I have a bit of a negative attitude towards the game and I have no interest in purchasing it, but I’m still trying to look at the game through an unbiased lens. In reading/hearing about what’s there, this is the general consensus I’ve seen: Combat is good, story is not.

I am pretty much in love with it. As someone who only played some Baldur’s Gate and ME1, I haven’t played a ton of Bioware’s stuff. But something about the flying and shooting is so good. For me they finally nailed what Diablo would feel like as a shooter. PS4 is ready to go.
