Oh, I know. I just don't think we needed the explicit "Nyah, nyah, you can't regenerate from this!"

Pro: The Master's final scheme as Simm was creating Cybermen, just as her (I assume) first scheme as Gomez is creating Cybermen.

But that's just The Incredibles.

Obligatory, not-mine, but still so-obvious-it's-perfect addition:

I'm confused. I thought the hundreds of comments on the Han Solo article all agreed that if your movie wasn't constructed entirely out of improv, you're stifling creativity?

At this point most skippers will say that they're trying to scare them off with the noise.

The original version had the pirates chasing the women, except for one fat woman, who was chasing a pirate.

"What be I offered for this winsome wench?"
"Shift your cargo, dearie. Show 'em your larboard side. Careful not to expose yer superstructure."
"Do I hear six? Who makes it six?"
"Aye, six it be. Six bottles o' rum!"
"I'm not scroungin' fer rum! It be gold I'm after!"
"Are ye sellin' her by the pound?"
"We wants the redhead!"

Yeah, but it's only this long because it covers five days.

Only because I thought Spider-Man might show up!

For one thing: if you don't want to see the "car chase filler," the movie's not for you to begin with.

EROTIC!!!

I thought that was Still Star Crossed?

I have a sneaking suspicion - especially considering the shot of her kneeling in front of Maximus - that they're going to borrow a plot point from the comics and have her get her head shaved. And do it early.

I'm fairly sure it's been over 10 years since Disney properties appeared in a Happy Meal.

Original character DO NOT STEAL

*Faints dead away*

I can't speak to the comics, but I don't think the MCU is really trying to 'replace' the mutants. You only need capital-M Mutants if you're doing the X-Men, and the MCU isn't doing the X-Men, mostly because Fox is doing the X-Men.

It makes a twisted kind of sense. In his world, everyone's a winner or a loser. But if you say bad things about a winner, you're implicitly declaring yourself the loser. So anyone you don't like HAS to be a loser, and anyone you say good things about HAS to be a winner, because that way you're a winner too.

It mostly looks fine for a network TV show (though presenting it in a trailer as if it were a feature film does it no favors), but my God, that hair. That hair! And also Lockjaw's teleportation effect looks super janky.
