I don’t know anything about Gainesville cops. But I have worked with a lot of police departments in my previous job. And I’ll say that culture of the department is EVERYTHING. Some departments were just awesome and really engaged in the community and all about treatment for people with drug problems when it came…

I will say this. Every dealing I’ve ever had with a Gainesville cop has been super pleasant. I go there almost every year for The Fest and I have to say those are some chill cops down there.
