I’m not sure you’re understanding 4K correctly. A “2K” (1080p) TV has 1920 columns and 1080 rows (what you’re calling “lines”). A “4K” TV has 3840 columns and 2160 rows. An “8K” TV has 7680 columns and 4320 rows.

the game too.

Detroit is an awesome game.

Surprised Mafia 3 wasn’t on the list, nothing more fun then killing the shit out of the klan(oh i’m sorry the Southern Union) and white moderates.

Agreed that this is stupid and unnecessary. It’s as if they were trying to find controversial things where they don’t exist so they can very publicly fix them and show how sensitive they are.

I can agree with some of the justifications but whitelist/blacklist I will never understand. I have yet to see a valid argument since the term is not by nature racist or specifically pointing out the racism in America. I just had a discussion with my wife on how when using these terms in tech it has been more of an

I always thought of it as this:

None of this is race related. It’s all made up by soft people with no spine, a victim complex (Karens), and are attention seeking. Call it husband/ wife. Who cares? No one with working brains.

I get master/slave. It isn’t really necessary at all, and more descriptive terms are actually better in most cases.

I find most British humour to be lacking, honestly, though that’s mainly because I find so much of it tends to be, “ha ha look at this caricature i made to be mocked and laughed at”. Just really mean-spirited stuff a lot of the time. Clearly not all of it is like that, but I’ve been exposed to enough of it that I tend

Ah yes, there’s that patented “tolerance” people like you preach but never ever practice.  It’s your viewpoint and only yours right?

What exactly are you hoping for here? The dude expressed an unpopular opinion on a public platform as a private citizen and has become the focus of a PR shitstorm that resulted in him resigning, with the possibility of him being fired if he didn’t quit first. While his post was in poor taste, I think that’s about

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again:

I find this use of “anymore” really weird. To me “anymore” is only used in a negative context: “I don’t smoke anymore.” The positive use (where it is synonymous with “nowadays”) throws me every single time.

Yuck.  No thanks.  My dogs have higher IQ'S than Occasional-Cortez.

Imagine supporting this airhead. She’s a good person, but nowhere near qualified to be making economic decisions - calculating how much iron it takes to craft a chair is more in-line with her intellect level.

Come on, what a biased article. Just keep with video gaming and stop with politics. This just isn’t the place...

Brilliant, a political games site, just what I want

One of the benefits of being a medium-sized chain with really distinct franchise architecture is that the landlords probably aren’t going to evict you for missing a month’s rent. It’d cost them more just to try and remodel one of those places.

Academics and outlets like theroot aren’t saying this because they are paid by the Chinese or even really that they’re just reflexively anti-Trump.

It’s for the same reason they obscured how AIDS spread: progressivism is the system of denying where problems come from.

This is the same reason they obscure things like
