Also part of this minority. I thought I’d hate it but in the end I came out of the cinema somewhat satisfied. Does it have weaknesses? Boy, does it? But then there were really great parts, such as Wonder Woman, the chemistry between the trinity and that fight Batman versus the thugs. Good lord, I could watch that

wow it’s almost as if they have more stake holders and better things to worry about than a shitty tech blogger. amazing how that shit works.

I dream of meeting the lovely lady at 0:35 (who NAILS her line, btw): I pivot toward her, finger guns unholstered, mimicking gunfire with two lateral clicks of my tongue. Thus winning her heart, I take her hand and lead her to the couch, where I bid her ask any weird question she desires. Her first question is “wanna

I like that Greg Rucka is doing Wondy again. Fantastic.

My god....did you see the length of the finger of the woman in the middle with short hair?

I have to be honest, I did not pick up on that being a Motherbox. I guess it was, just not sure how or why it got there?

The problem is that they don’t show why this Batman is like this. They vaguely state it has something to do with Robin’s death but that’s it. It’s kind of like if Marvel started Iron Man with Iron Man 2. There’s no real explanation for Batman reason’s for his extreme change in character.

You know, I hear you. I am not in denial and I’m not under any illusions that someday everyone will come to see that I was right all along- we just disagree, fundamentally disagree, on the way this movie was executed.

I feel like people had the knives out for this movie but than again people who I respect and think gave it a fair chance had problems with it so... I don’t know. It is definitely better than it’s current reputation...

That seems more like Nekron to me than Darkseid, but I wonder if it’s supposed to be Yuga Khan or someone more harbinger than actual villain.

The gigantic tubes of flame definitely point to more than just a “what if he was evil?” thing.

Now playing

Weirdly, WB have just (43 minutes ago at time of writing) released a deleted scene from BvS. Presumably this was meant to go after the Doomsday fight and before the saved Luthor head. It seems to show something that looks a little like Satan with several motherboxes that then dissolve into what looks like the

Batman v. Superman- I liked it.

It’s so strange to me that people are taking their hatred for this movie so personally. Do people really not have anything else to worry about?

I agree. My issues were the pacing and Eisenberg’s jarringly miscast or misinterpretation of Lex.

I literally said to myself, “No shit, how did I miss that?”

It needed a different reaction from Batman. A few scenes didn’t need much more, they just needed a tweak from the Director or an additional line of dialogue.

I lost count of the people Captain America has killed with his own hands in the mcu.....

Just read an interview where she said that. The smile was all her!

Shocking no one, Snyder didn’t direct her to do the smile. She just did it and he was perplexed as to why and she had to explain it. And he kept it in the film.
