Yup, and I kinda like it. It’s in line with Reed constantly giving their enemies another chance. Sue probably wouldn’t have, because she doesn’t play. lol

Yes, I know. You’re voting for Bernie. Clinton is the establishment candidate. She takes money from corporations. He’s a man of the people. #feelthebern #notvotingforhillary #goingtostatetheaboveeverytimehernameisevermentionedanywhere
The ACA rollout wasn’t successful. It was a political disaster. I really like Sebelius, and she took responsibility as a manager. But let's not pretend that went well.
If only Gawker employed someone to write in depth about the weather...
You’ll notice the skin color, and the lack of white.
So that whole bit at the start of Man of Steel where Clark’s saving everyone just... doesn’t count any more?
So, one of the sticking points for everyone is that she picked up a lightsaber and dueled Kylo Ren, who was ostenibly trained, to a standstill. So I guess my question is—where did anyone get the impression Kylo Ren was good?
I get we see some flashy displays of force power (stopping blaster bolts while pulling someone…
I think I would have felt this way if she hadn’t had that dum-dum moment in the middle of the movie where she got scared of her own destiny and ran off. I was like, girl where are you going? It was oddly humanizing.
“because the force itself is teaching the user how to wield it.”
Putting the Mary Sue thing aside, I agree that it was pretty obvious that Rey was picking up on what Kylo Ren was doing, not so much copying him as paying attention to the “feeling” of the Force when he tried to probe her mind. Also, keep in mind that Rey demonstrates a reasonable knowledge of the history of the…
I had assumed that her “machine empathy”, her ability to understand the workings of many complex machines and even pilot crafts she’s never been in before, was a foreshadowing of her force-sensitive nature.
THANK YOU FOR POSTING THAT. I was flat out disturbed during that death scene. Hated the movie as it was, but that was the absolute last straw. I couldn’t believe that didn’t get more attention.
Don’t be silly. StubHub doesn’t have to wait in queue with the plebs. They get their tickets long before they go on sale to the public. It’s the only way Adele can sell them at true-market value without looking like a greedy monster.
Fuck Colin Trevorrow’s JURASSIC WORLD so much.
I kinda like it, the wifi thing is pretty great. Have you just decided to attack anything associated with the movie?
Awwww......heartwarming stories like this almost make me forget we live in a society where education has been defunded and commodified, forcing parents to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to send their child to a school that barely matches up to the average public school 50 years ago.
When has Wonder Woman EVER had a body builder physique? People complaining about Gadot’s lack of muscles really need to stop crying and accept the fact that she’s Wonder Woman.
I have yet to see a comment thread concerning this movie where somebody doesn’t kvetch about Gal Gadot’s body. And even if it’s coming from, ostensibly, a more progressive place of endorsing a variety of body types; it’s tiresome to see how the female character remains the sole focus of this kind of criticism.
I would star this, but I think the comment system is broke again as it’s only letting me click on the number below comments that were already starred.
And the audio quality in my Android app (admittedly in beta) is noticeable inferior to Google Play Music and Deezer.
