This argument does start to get into weird territory where it starts to move to that RnB and Hip Hop are the only music worth celebrating. I want to make very clear that I'm not about to move into a "whites are the real oppressed people" thing though. There's some weird implications going around that all of these

The effort for quality is at least apparent. The Grammys do the equivalent of "best summer blockbuster"

I think it certainly does better than the Grammys. Also, for the last ten Best Pictures, I see 2 films that are absolutely socially conscious movies (12 Years a Slave and Slumdog Millionaire), and that's really it.

The thing is that the Oscars actually puts effort into judging critically acclaimed movies, while the Grammys cares significantly about commercial succes

I feel the the Grammys are personally designed every year to piss me off

He has to use teleportation because he can't reach drinks with his tiny t rex arms

That guy's brother was going for the double backflip at the X games this year but crashed. I don't get it at all. At least in skiing and snowboarding there isn't a snowmobile there to crush you if you fall

I guarantee you more than a few artists you like are shitty people

For a guy who hates political correctness and is against race baiting, he is REALLY upset about the whole white girl thing.

John Lennon and John Bonham were both abusive to their wives and girlfriends. Kubrick was notoriously abusive to his actors and actresses. Are you going to stop consuming those products now because I certainly don't expect you to.

I don't think that's true at all. We still all listen to Zeppelin and the Beatles, watch Kubrick movies and a million other examples. People separate the art from the person and I don't think I can say that's wrong

I feel like such an asshole saying this, but can we not be so high and mighty here like we would never watch or praise something done by an artist who has treated women badly? All of us listen to, watch movies from, and look at art made by some SHITTY people. Acting like this is unheard of and how we won't stand for

Probably

She certainly acts like a goblin however

With just how bad the Dixie Chicks controversy got, I'm still impressed whenever I think about "Not Ready to Make Nice" by just how badass it is. Their careers were pretty much ruined and the first thing they do coming back is say "fuck you im not sorry." Love it.

Lesson 3: Baby boy you're only funky as your last cut

By block do you mean "America hating constitution desecrating button"?

The lamestream media JUST wants to tell youITS fake news so they CAN keep the blinders over youre eyes!!!!!!!

I know nothing about this music but I've really got to ask, are there people that get stoked for biopics?

I'm really surprised to see most lists leaving Anderson .Paak out. I though Malibu was spectacular
