If by "sarcasm" you mean "stated a whole bunch of irrefutable facts" then yes. You did that.

Several times I was able to get a phone that typically costs $50 or $100 with a new contract for free after my contract expired with my carrier. There are limits but phone carriers often will give some kind of discount.

Has this guy not seen Twelve Monkeys? If anybody sees a crazy guy claiming to be from the future who looks like Bruce Willis, listen to him.

Considering that immigration of "illegal aliens" from Mexico is a hot button political issue in the US I am curious if Eddie the Raelian was thinking only of the reference to the Elohim. Perhaps the statement has ties to aforementioned political issue.

Interesting how the person from Mexico was the person who mentioned calling someone or something "aliens" wasn't the right thing to do.

For me the series really picked up once Chiana entered the scene. She's really different, interesting, mostly a loner for a long time and she seems to bring something to the show which was lacking until that point. The added dimension and unpredictable nature of the character made life very interesting on the show

Clockwork Orange - No desire to see this movie

Exactly. Do I wish they were better? Yes. But they were not as awful as people make them out to be. Very middle of the road for me.

I wanted to like that movie, I just couldn't. I tried several times to watch it but couldn't make it through.

I don't think I've ever met anyone who loved the sequels. I thought they were entertaining but nothing more. Though, everyone should watch and decide for themselves. You are correct in that aspect.

I assume by "Speed Racer" you're referring to some movie about drug addicts that I haven't seen or heard of because the ridiculous live action adaptation of the cartoon might be one of the top ten worst movies of all time.

They just weren't particularly great. Typically people were entertained but not wowed (me) or they hated the movies. So it's true the haters are much louder but only because the people who were entertained don't care enough to oppose them.

Interesting that Dopamine is listed. Perhaps that is why people using drugs get paranoid? Definitely something I never thought about. Understanding chemicals in your brain and their effects is complex. I always loved the Mouse Party explanation, although it does note that it is simplified.

Generation X needs to quit being so goddamned soft.

I'm not even going to read this because it's obviously wrong. Jar Jar Binks. Period. The End. You are wrong.

Seriously! No love for the Monster Squad!??! Now THAT is a team of monster killers. Count It!

They've already procreated and then left that pack and the mother to raise the pups alone. Dead beat dad style.

"No matter how you spin it, those are some seriously uncool wolves."
