The avocado suggestion sounds interesting. I hesitate to say this out-loud, online... but here's our big baking secret. We make our brownies using olive oil. With the Ghiradelli double chocolate brownie mix, this makes for a brownie that is almost meaty in its depth of texture... and they seem to have a better shelf…
In a good 401(k), your employer contributions "vest" quickly. Matching contributions from companies usually have a "vesting schedule," or a period of time over which the money becomes truly "yours." If your employer's contributions vest over two years, for example, that means half of whatever they put in to match your…
I have one of these and it is my main charger. The only problem is that if a battery is fully dead, the La Crosse won't see it, and therefore won't try to charge it (in which case, I can get it working again by putting it in a "dumb" charger for a few minutes.)

In smaller airports that don't fully support PreCheck, they may still give you expedited passage through security. For example, in my hometown, they'll give you a little laminated placard that allows me to keep my shoes on. I signed up for GE last year for the sole purpose of getting PreCheck. The only hassle was…
It should be noted, this is a cloud-backed service, with the security concerns that implies. Specifically, the extension sends some of the meta-data from the emails to the sortd website which returns the information necessary to render the skin. This leaks info about your email which, theoretically, could be mined. On…
Or, if you stand to lose this matching contribution, your new employer may be willing to make up for it.
Bad link...
I've had this razor for a little over two years. I don't dispute that this razor works well for some folks (apparently, the parent poster). In fact, my dad used mine once and loved it. I will say, however, that I can count on one hand the number of times that I got a great shave from this razor, and after years of…

You better open all of your bottles at once, because if folks start trying to do this after a glass or to, there's gonna be blood.
Don't forget wrist pain. I had my new standing desk a little too low, so that my wrists were too low and my hands were tilted up. I didn't feel uncomfortable, but after a few weeks, my hands were killing me. I'm sitting down for now until I have time to adjust the desk.
Kayak has a check box for this as well.
Growing up, my mom would steam the whole artichoke. Then you dip the edible base of each leaf in some dressed-up mayo or butter and bite/scrape the goodness off. When the leaves are all gone, you fight over the heart. I did not know that the inside of the stem was edible though; that's neat.
I'm intrigued by the new contender, the Bonavita, but surprised that no-one is mentioning the reigning champ in the drip category, the Technivorm.
The KeePass database is encrypted. It is safe to keep in DropBox. You guys even recommend this in an earlier post:

My uncle makes biscuits with only two ingredients: flour and buttermilk. He leaves out the oil because he "wants to be healthy", but whatever.
how is this different than boxcryptor? i mean, aside from being windows only.
In which case... just drink hop tea. It probably tastes better than most N/A beers. I'd also be interested in knowing whether hops were more effective than other known herbs, like chamomile.
I served for jury duty when I lived in Tennessee. In my county, the service was two weeks, where you called in the night before to find out whether to show up the next day. It was summer, and a significant number of the folks in my juror pool were teachers who would volunteer for jury duty in the summer to avoid being…
