I like the comparison to the Wild West. Pretty much everything you see in movies about the Wild West is make believe.

I’m old enough to have played the original Homeworld games when they were new. And I loved the Remaster. Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak fits in seamlessly. It’s fantastic. I’m 7 hours in on a Classic Difficulty run and loving every minute.
This will not work in their favor. I’m going to do what many people will...wait until they bundle all the episodes together. Just like I have done for every other episodic game worth playing for the last five years. I hate getting into a game and then having to wait, even if that wait is short. I’d rather have a…
It took a few times picking it up to really give it a serious go but when I finally did = worth it. It’s a beautiful game and I’m not just talking about the art style. It is also worth replaying. I’ve really enjoyed the renewed interest in Norse-ish content these past few years in the indie/middleware space.
Take care of your hands people damn.
Unity definitely hurt them. I know I have passed on anything AC related since and I’m not the only one. Well that and the settings have not been interesting to me. Giving the games more time in the oven is a good thing.
Gross. Both the In-N-Out Burger Pie and In-N-Out Burger in general.
“His colleagues who I spoke to blocked me on WhatsApp” - The fuck?
This...feels kinda mean spirited doesn’t it?
Actually her relationship with her Mom is exactly like mine was at that age. And if you read carefully she DOES call her Mom. The Mom just feels like those calls always have an agenda. The daughter is just being a typical young person. It’s unlikely this scenario will define their relationship as the daughter gets…
The constant mention of money by the mother in this piece and in a ton of the comments made by parents is super gross. Sorry, but your relationship with your kids is not some paid subscription plan. The not-so-humble bragging mixed with faux-martyrdom is just too much.
I watched the video and I still have no idea what this product does.
And with that the old school base building RTS genre is officially dead.
Some tips for streamers.
I suffer from agoraphobia. After over a decade I’m finally clawing my way out of it. His advice is awful. As is this piece. I’m deeply troubled by the thought others who struggle with agoraphobia could be watching his streams and taking his dangerous, twisted example to heart. You’d think someone who has suffered the…
Wow. That was incredible. I have seen some great players...but this was a whole other level. His map awareness, ability to react to calls outs and his ability to maintain target acquisition while jumping, spinning and dodging is fucking beyond human. Wow.
I think I have finally burnt out on Destiny again. The Taken King was a big improvement but I’ve binged enough for now.
GTAO could have been great. But it has one of the worst multiplayer matchmaking systems imaginable. It’s super slow, inconsistant and shows zero intelligence when it comes to finding a party to add you to. I loved single player and I did my best to ignore GTAO’s bs matchmaking but it’s just too shit to put up with.…
I was struck by something that happened the other day. Yesterday I was playing Destiny solo; trying to kill Urzok the Hated on my alts so that I’ll have three level 34 characters leveled and geared up for The Taken King. He is a tough cookie and after several attempts to kill him solo I turned to Destiny LFG for some…
