Wow, someone's got a bee in his britches over his alleged credentials.

I have some experience in the field

Maybe it was the jump to suggesting Winston is a sociopath, which seems to be the "go to" diagnosis of 9 out of 10 Internet/WebMD trained diagnosticians. You're making me long for the time when your type was content with sticking the "Asperger's" label on everyone.

My favorite Neeson performance is from 1993's Ethan Frome. It would be nice to see him return to character studies instead of this action crap he churns out.

She looks fantastic.

I've watched these guys real close for a long time, watched them work rooms, and let me tell you, they work hard and they've got credibility, and they've earned that credibility.

P.S.

She's very hit or miss. When she's got good material, she's great, but if it's weak, she can't prop it up like Oliver et. al. could.

Damn, he was the best addition The Daily Show has had in a while (that other new guy is a total zero). Stewart & Co. really need to beef up their correspondent pool because except for Jessica Williams, no one else has the comic bona fides of Carell, Colbert or Oliver.

"When asked how TMZ could acquire the footage but the NFL couldn't, Goodell said he relies on law enforcement for information, since they're the "most credible."

He knocked Janay UNCONSCIOUS...not a shove or slap (not that those are excusable in any way, shape or form) and then lied initially by saying she "fainted." Once that excuse was rendered false the narrative almost became "yeah, I did regretfully cause her to lose consciousness and she is sorry for her part and so am

If you think there wasn't a massive outcry after the bullshit 2 game suspension, then you weren't paying attention.

Goodell is an attorney, right? Because this is some world-cass hair-splitting going on. All this says is that someone working "with" the NFL and not getting a W-2 in the mail at the end of the year saw the video, but no employees saw it? This guy needs to go.

Why isn't Goodell resigning or willing to voluntarily accept a suspension? I remember Goodell's comments about suspending Sean Payton during the "Bounty Gate" scandal. Payton was suspended the entire season. Goodell's reasoning for such a harsh penalty was, "If you didn't know, it was your job to know." Fine.

What the fuck does seeing the video have anything to do with this? He was charged for knocking her out. He admitted that he knocked her out. Now months later a video gets released and guess what it showed?! Him knocking her out! I don't know of a pleasant way of knocking someone out so if someone could explain why

Nixon at least had the balls to claim he wasn't "a crook." Goodell just prevaricates with this "not to my knowledge" crap. Baghdad Bob had more credibility.

When it comes down to it, it really doesn't matter if they saw the full video or not. In the first video released, she has clearly been knocked unconscious and is on the ground, then is shown being dragged by Ray Rice. Even without seeing the new video, just what the fuck did they think happened?

The truest contritions are always couched in disclaimers like "to my knowledge," and "I don't rule that out." I have zero sympathy for this asshat, but if he wasn't drinking heavily before this, he certainly is now.
