RPG has always had a grinding element to it. Crafting, leveling up, upgrades, specs, etc. I think you don’t like RPGs or even know what the genre has to bring to the table to be a proper RPG, what you want is action/adventure games where you hack and slash your way till the end without worrying about grinding.
