You're 100% right, I was just trying to justify it beyond 'I'm glad they gave my girl a chance to stay in there'

But with race problems it's never overtly obvious. People don't say "I hate her because she's middle eastern." They make up excuses (even for themselves) as to why they don't like her, when in reality it all comes back to our primitive fear of the "other"

Well there are those that are just annoyed by her personality, which can still find her likable. And then there are those who hate her for being an outsider (as an educated upper class Persian) and are basically just bigots.

My impression is just that she talks A LOT. Even in her Ponderosa video Jenn and Hali are complaining about Shirin's over the top type A-ness

Yup. She just comes across as an extremely unpleasant person. No idea why she was cast.

Stop playing the victim.

Yeah well your mother's a whore.

Who?

I AM RELAXED YOU RELAXED BRO

Don't give her the satisfaction of calling her Mama C.

To go further, he has nothing needed for survivor. He's terrible physically, he does nothing strategically, his social game involves berating people and doubling down on his terrible opinions, and he's not even loyal. He has nothing. He's a weak coward that is too scared to do anything for himself. Fuck him.

Can I just say that Will is such a coward for flipping on Dan.

Yeah it was pretty great. It didn't work this week but already sowed disruption for the future.

But the people are so mean and miserable. It makes it hard to enjoy the things I would typically enjoy about a mediocre season of Survivor. The cruelty makes it hard to watch.

Yeah but with Dan and Will that is a lot of pounds.

But all they did was form a block and then not deviate it. They're all either terrible or inactive players,

Yes because men and women have weight and muscles distributed differently. Biologically, men have stronger upper bodies

I guess I have to root for Tyler to do some stuff. Yawn.

So don't rewatch it?

It's just because Mike wins after doing some immunity run and maybe an idol play or two. And Mike is a likable religious blue collar guy who also finds himself as the underdog.
