So Margo Price…she's the perfect example of what's "bad" about country music. And I use the descriptor "country" accurately in this case; usually these country acts are what I call Southern Pop, but this was weapons-grade essence of Loretta Lynn/Tammy Wynette.

Have you seen them recently? Janick Gers adds nothing to the show. I know they couldn't just fire him when Adrian came back, but maybe they should have.

Having watched the episode again, you're right. The safe moment scene is somewhat dubious now.

When you're wrong you're wrong, and the person who is wrong is ME!

Richie's winnings from the first visit were in the safe, but the plane sale money was just in the bank bag.

"That shows that they didn't understand the situation on the ground nor anything about the culture of the people they were trying to subjugate."

"the big reason we didn't fight effectively in Vietnam was that our military was trained towards land war in Europe"

"In the Roger Moore James Bond movies, the Soviet government would sometimes show up to help 007 out and smooth things over."

Perhaps our little friend wants to stay for dinner. I think we're having barbecue…

I have certainly taken advantage of digital TV's pause-ability to freeze all those shots and read the other plan names.

"the Norad maps and the Tic-Tac-Doe/missile-launch scenario stuff was killer for the time."

Love this movie to this day. A few wry jokes from the cast here and there…just great.

Anybody remember Ultimatum? Big mushroom cloud on the box? I could never get anybody to play it.

"the fact that they allowed themselves to get bogged down there in such a similar fashion to the U.S. in Vietnam"

"the increasingly ridiculous use of Soviets as stereotyped villains, Rocky IV being a highlight. I mean, it was hard to take seriously."

I was a sophomore in college when the Wall came down(with a poli-sci minor), and it was the most amazing thing…the idea that this barrier was no longer going to be made tangible what previously had been nebulous and non-specific. Sure sure, reforms, but seeing all those people with sledge hammers and ropes prying
