SPOILERS (for if you in fact haven’t seen the show)

I just figured moisturiser (I have never seen either show).

I’ve never seen either show. Thought it was a prequel. Did it jump past the end of Breaking Bad at some point? Tried to read some Wikipedia articles to work it out but I was getting a headache reading it on my phone screen. That with the daily power cuts killing the wifi in equatorially hot Sri Lanka got me to the

To say this is retarded would probably not be the best way to critcize it.

Well, “Some” didn’t write this review; I did. So for me it’s a B+, as I did not tire of the ambiguities and found them quite beguiling. But I do want people to know what they’re getting into. Even based on the director’s other small movies, it would be easy to describe this one in a way that’s misleading.

I like it, except Agent Johnson was in junior high while Agent Johnson was in Saigon.

Oddly, it’s in my review of Escape Room 2 that I do a ton of what you’re asking for: recounting the exploits of the toy-based character Snake Eyes, but from the comics. But if I get assigned the Count Chocula movie or whatever, I’ll check with you first about the ancillary materials.

Because I am sincerely baffled by what mentioning that there were also G.I. Joe comics that had Snake Eyes would add to this review.

It’s almost as if those comics were also based on the toy line, and have almost no bearing on this movie.

I’m not thrilled with the idea of casting another actor in the role of T’Challa so soon after Boseman’s death. I think it would be especially strange to do so with an actor who already starred in the franchise as the lead antagonist opposite Black Panther. I’m guessing the folks who hear you say “recast” feel the same

Pedant, not pendant. Just to be a smart-ass.

Man the ‘Goon Squad’ character designs look lame as hell. How is this a $100+ million movie?

Are we being fun-hating downers who are overthinking something...?

Dowd is a fantastic reviewer and the best thing that remains of this site.

It’s there because viewer data shows that people are more likely to watch the whole trailer if there’s an even shorter teaser in front of the regular trailer. Put the trailer out twice, one with the teaser and the other without, and people will watch more of the trailer with the teaser.
