My second mistake was misunderestimating SOME of the comments section's clearly very child-like, black and white views… seems that one can only be either:

I'm honestly confused - I complain about my (perhaps ex) favourite website, the guy takes offence on behalf of the comments sections for some reason (or seems to, I couldn't really tell) and when I ask for clarification I get called a troll and blocked!

I suppose it's a very broad descriptor - but if they HAVE to make what seems like 75% of their newswire articles about Trump, can't they at least be insightful… or at the very least funny?!

The vibe I got was that they were pushed, rather than jumped? Whatever. I actually really liked Todd VDW, I think he's the last great writer to leave the site.
