Maggie seems to be just a little jealous that Kara gets to spend a lot of time with Alex, that's understandable since she doesn't know they are sisters.

Well she is not his niece in the comics, that just something they did on Young Justice. In fact they are not even related in the show since that hole niece thing was a lie so that she would be easily accepted by the other members of the group.

Good thing they left the door open for her to comeback later this season, if would have been a massive waste to just use her for this episode.

It works very well because that part of Alex was never explored, so is good that they are incorporating it slowly but smoothly.

Mon-El and Winn's bromance should give us some hilarious moments. Kara and Mon-El can also be a friendly with a bit of mentoring relationship or can be romatic. Considering is the CW it will most likely end up being romantic.

Well to be fair the show hasn't made anything with the character to make the audience miss him whenever he is absent.

I think M'gann's first fight scene was good, the second one against J'onn was decent but well that wasn't really a fight that was more of an ass kicking,

David is lowkey one of the best actors of the show, and well the character he plays is all kinds of amazing.

That's why supergirl's earth needs to be merged with earth 1, so we can get side-characters crossovers like Alex-Lyla, Winn-Cisco etc.

That could be an issue but since is not Batman I think they can convince DC and Warner to let them use Robin.
