    The Subaru Global Platform will soon be under every Impreza, I imagine that they engineered the current STi and the WRX on the old platform just as a hold over. The ‘real’ STi and WRX should be on the SGP, and that’s when I think we’ll see a hatchback return.

    YES. My speed 3 has been great so far, I’ve been waiting on Subaru to get their act together but boxer engines have their own set of problems, the EJ257 is still kicking around in the STi and the hatchback went bye-bye.
