Perhaps because I’m a bit older, but I wouldn’t mind if “In Memoriam” was longer than 5 minutes. I feel like there’s always someone I didn’t realize was gone, and I also feel like they deserve their time.

I don’t believe that it was worth not going to court when they had to pay this much from the start, they went down without a fight and while a settlement may not set a precedent, this will have a chilling effect, they should have fought or at least went for a better settlement.
