Fuck off. Don’t pretend you want to have a debate when you dismiss my other responses.
Fuck off. Don’t pretend you want to have a debate when you dismiss my other responses.
You have not presented an argument, but rather you have harassed me and called me names. Let me know when you aren’t acting like a child.
Sure it does. It explains why there is a fucking trial. Some people seem to wish for an accusation to equal guilt.
Bye. You’re a lost cause. All you have are absurd accusations of me being an “MRA”
I’m an MRA for explaining the justice system? Okay then... Please response in a civil manner or not at all.
OP’s experience and this case are completely different. I made that clear in my comment. It’s not my fault you have chosen to ignore the obvious.
It’s not that the weren’t “perfect victims”, it’s that they lied to the court.
Why do you dismiss opposing views?
The problem is the accusers lied. The first accuser claimed she never saw Ghomeshi after the alleged incident and was even traumatized when she saw him on tv or heard him on the radio. Turns out she sent him many emails.
Because I believe in innocent in until proven guilty and that an accusation doesn’t always equal guilt.
The issue is consent
I’m afraid OP will dismiss this response.
What makes you say that?
I think telling victims to not lie on the stand is good advice if they want to have any chance of seeing justice.
OP has dismissed my responses because she doesn’t like the truth but the problem isn’t about the behavior of the accusers after the fact, but that all three lied about it.
I wrote a long response to OP but it was dismissed because OP would rather call people names than have a civil discussion. In short, the problem isn’t the behavior after the fact, but rather that the accusers lied about it.
I wrote a long comment explaining how you are wrong and you dismiss it. You obviously aren’t interested in what actually happened. Sad.
I assume I would be one of the “trolls” you speak of. Can we try and have a civil discussion without name-calling? The problem for the Crown is that this case relies exclusively on witness testimony and all three witnesses have been shown to have lied or conveniently not remembered important parts of what happened.…
It’s sort of weird (or telling) how you don’t mention any level of disgust for the lies told by the victims, but focus your fury on the fundamentals of the justice system.
An expert on what?
