I think the number 1 issue is aim. When was the last time you ever heard of anyone having their headlights aimed or checked or anything like that. From new vehicles being aimed poorly at factory (not all of them, but it happens sometimes) to people changing wheel/tire fitments or suspension changes and not updating

Yes, you can have a larger windowed roof if you ditch the rear window. I agree with that. What I am saying is that there is no reason to. There is nothing in the shape of the car that precludes a rear window, and it certainly doesn’t make the interior bigger. That is certainly only you thinking that.

Yup. I fail to see how no rear window creates additional cargo space or rear seat space. It’s like these people have never heard of a hatchback, wagon, or Saab 900 before. This seems to be a stylistic choice, not a functional one.

Yeah, I’ll believe it when they actually hit the market. The only camera on any vehicle I’ve seen actually able to stay clean is on VWs where it tucks away behind the badge. Every other exterior camera on every other vehicle gets dirty.

I don’t see why they could not have added a rear window on this.  This this IS a hatchback without the rear glass.  It is just a silly design.

The board should be shitcanned too.  Look how many CEO’s that board has been through in the past ~10 years.  It’s crazy.

The best the Bolt ever sold was like 25,000 in one year in USA. That’s like 4% of annual Ford F-Series sales.

How noble of them to step down, retire, and not seek re-election. I’m sure it was much easier on their wallets than being fired.

Exactly. Only a dummy is putting $7k down on a leased Nautilus. You should always put down the smallest amount possible on a lease, since if you wreck it tomorrow, you aren’t getting that down payment back.

Football helmet?  I... I don’t see it.

“...barely any benefit?”

...did you not see the HP/TQ numbers?

A PI isn't an agent of the state, for a start. That is strictly civil matter. I'm okay with there being a higher bar for criminal charges than civil penalties.

I’d still like them to get a warrant first. This is the kind of creepiness that the old GDR’s police used to do, and I’m less and less happy with our slipshod acceptance of it. A warrant is barely a speedbump, given just how much of a rubberstamping exercise it has become since 9/11, but I’d still like the cops to be

SAP was a long time sponsor of McLaren and I believe currently Mercedes. Looks like Williams could use their help (and money)

I know, right?  While it got uglier, they are super recognizable as being the same model, from different generations.

Everyone posting the current generation and only the first generation, and skipping about six generations between them are kind of missing the point here.

Not utilizing major aerodynamic component on vehicle specifically designed to include said component negatively impacts aerodynamics.  Water is also wet.  More news at 10.

Still the ugliest of all the midsizers.

A publicly funded service that many people use to get to work?
