There has never been an air cooled GT3.

VW already owns IH/Navistar. Do you honestly think they are going to internally develop anything better than what Rivian has already done?
They’ve gone in so little, they stopped selling it in North America!
VW, instead of taking until 2026 to reinvent International/Scout, just buy Rivian and slap a name change on there. VW is massive company, yet somehow is one of the few automotive companies that doesn’t have an “outdoorsy” product line that has been all the rage for the past 10+ years.
Im not a Miata guy but isn’t the engine in the NC one of people’s favorite Miata engines?
I mean, I’m sure a ton haven’t, but if you read the article you would have seen that OPs first car was a single cab short bed Ram. I own one and love it, but fully understand why they are drying out; single cab are extremely limiting.
You’ve never seen a Fahrenheit GTI with it’s blindingly Orange paint? Or the Great Falls Green Alltrack? Harlequin Golfs in the 90s? The MKIV 20th Anniversary / 337 GTIs in Reflex Silver, Jazz Blue, or Imola Yellow? Deep Pearl Blue R32? Lapiz Blue Golf R? The peeling clearcoat on a Tornado Red MKIV? It seems like…
If you are regularly driving at altitude, you’ve got many more problems and I’m not sure any car on the market will help. If you mean elevation, then that’s an entirely different case. /s
I’d assume that whoever is calling this the first EV passenger airplane would call Harbour Air a utility craft, not a passenger plane. IDK why one would be a passenger plane and the other wouldn’t be though; I don’t think there really is an official definition of passenger plane, so maybe they get to make it up as…
Competitive? Isn’t this thing priced like 10% more than an Ioniq 5 for similar performance? I could be wrong, but the only thing I’ve noticed about this that its better than an Ioniq, is that it isn’t sold by Hyundai dealers; is that enough to justify the ~10% premium?
What about it? Even though it exists, Ram still doesn’t sell a Dakota version of it (nor do I think they should).
Eh. I have been hoping for a Dakota based on the DT platform. Lots of Ram buyers like the smoother ride and fancier interior; something sorely lacking in the midsize truck segment. There has to be dozens of other people like me, right?
Why do so many Brazilian market only cars look like a guy with middling fiberglass and bondo skills did them? IDK what it is, but more often than not, they just look.... off. Like out of proportion, as well as weird fitment.
Honestly, active cruise control and lane departure warning w/ recentering.
Ok, I’ll be the dummy since I know nothing. I am assuming that GFC is somehow related to Aero Continental or possibly even the same people own both companies? Is that right? Or what does a law suit with Aero have to do with GFC?
Yeah, that has incorrect data.
This sounds about as realistic as microstamping casings for firearms. Lobbyist and the companies selling it swear it’s feasible and totally reliable when in reality I’d bet everything I own it’s not.
I mean, it’s 17 years away. Look back to 2006 and see how much technological improvements we make. Back in 2006, would you think you could get a 680hp, 2L Mercedes that also gets like 30mpg? What about an electric F150 that can go 400 miles and is also faster than any other F150 has ever made? I mean, I’d be right…
More warranties need to be like Porsche. They don’t give a shit if you track your GT3 365 days a year, because they actually designed it to be truly used as advertised. They don’t care that you did 50 back-to-back launch control, full throttle starts on a 115 deg day in your Turbo S either. They actually honor their…
