Here’s a crazy idea: Make a sports game that comes out every two years to polish it up. Charge either the normal $60 with another $30 when the second year rolls around to get the roster update, or $80 up front including the update (save $10, EA gets their money up front).

You pretty much explained it all. The stadium is a dump, not fun to go to games at all. You feel like you are visiting inmates at a prison with all the concrete. If/when they get a new one built, I bet they get a MASSIVE boost to their numbers, despite their second problem.
