If it’s science you want on a clear day you should be able to see about 2.9miles but I can keep driving and eventually see the full 20 with 0 vehciles :)

What traffic? I've literally been in a road for 30+ miles and saw 0 cars builds, signs of life etc. Granted it's not a highway, only a 1 lane each direction country road. I've done 155mph on them only putting myself at risk since as mentioned you can see for 20 miles (not exaggerating)

Believe it or not you can safely go that speed on public roads. There are roads outside of any city where it's a no-man's-land and you can't hurt anyone but yourself so what's the issue? If you can see 20miles in all directions and there are no signs of life let alone cars go for it.
