Because it's cheaper to recycle old characters than to create new ones. Marvel and DC fucked over nearly everyone (for example, Jack Kirby & Bill Finger) they worked with and now many writers and artists are creating new characters for companies that will allow them to keep the media rights.

Hilarious comic with great artwork from Phil Hester and Ande Parks. Wish they were doing artwork together instead of writing shitty indie books.

I think Guerra is overrated, but agree with the rest. Her work doesn't seem very dynamic to me. Probably didn't help that Y was colored with Vertigo's patented 70 shades of shit. Brown, brown, brown.

The mini-series is Dr. Srange: The Oath. It's terrific.

I actually liked Zach & Mini, probably because I think Seth Rogen's friends are funnier than Kevin Smith's friends.
