I know the ending is controversial but I was thinking about the show and the ending is so satisfying on an emotional level. Yes they did not answer questions but I accepted that by the second half of the last season. The ending with its flashbacks made me remember all the great moments with these characters and Jacks…

I bailed too. For me it just got too repetitive. He was a drunk, then he cleaned up, then he was a drunk again. He went back and forth with his wife so many damn times. It never seemed to move forward. Also the surprise death early in season 3 made me mad.

If you want a good adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera for Blu-ray/DVD get the 25th anniversary production. Amazing acting and singing. Beats the snot out of the 2004 film.
