As Good As It Gets has always been one of my go to movies when I'm down. Others include Shawshank and The Truman Show.

I spread it out over the weekend, inbetween sessions of Civ 6, and I think I benefitted from it. I rewatched the first series in one go earlier in the week and I was so emotionally drained I decided that binge-watching this would be a mistake! Dr Katz & Ben are probably my favourite off the top of my head. I could watch (and listen, I used to have a bunch of episodes on mp3) their conversations all day!

C4 is good if you like the same ads for about 3 shows (4 atm if you include the Paralympics; less if you include E4) repeated endlessly! Too bad Black Mirror is now on Netflix, as that's one show I'd never tire of seeing trailers for!
