Perhaps you're actually very normal. The hook-up culture is abnormal. I was hit hard by a separation too. I can't imagine "being" with anyone at this point who didn't actually enhance my life in a meaningful way. I'm fairly liberal-minded, but I don't consider sex a casual thing. Just be yourself.
