I watch MotoGP. They’re different things. Cars are always going to be harder to make as exciting as motorcycles.

You are a really bad person! That’s not something to be proud of and air publicly, even behind a screen name and avatar of generic economy car!

I’m looking forward to Lewis hopefully winning an eighth WDC and then retiring from F1 fandom.

But I stand by this being a perfectly reasonable race. There was passing, strategy, pretty close battles throughout the grid, etc. I’m not trying to watch NASCAR.

Did you just start watching very recently because of Drive to Survive? By F1 standards this one was definitely better than most of them.

My only contribution to this is that Oxley’s coverage of MotoGP is always a must read. Just always ace.

Apparently I just imagined Lando passing on the outside of turn five.

I drove a ‘16 JKU Rubicon with like 1,000 miles on it in 2017. It was really bad dude (IMO).

Is that just nuclear power?

Also, I thought that was a link from the muscle car site Raph posted about this week.

Sounds good! If only there were a way to efficiently produce it.

Different strokes for different folks.

I get that. I just know that with some terminal illnesses, folks can be more sensitive to certain feelings/discomforts and lose some strength.

Its a convertible, its comfy, it will actually work, seems like a great suggestion.

Especially relative to an automatic Boxster, which will not be as reliable and in my experience driving a 6MT Boxster S (986 model iirc), they’re not really all that special feeling, at least at reasonable street driving levels.

This isn’t directed at you specifically, as much as the broader idea of comparing Musk enthusiasm to economic systems that have the ability to save lives or ruin them or religion that many people stake their eternal souls and lives to. There’s a value to that, even for me, as an agnostic fool.

There’s no value to the

Heads up, these things are not equivalents.

There are actual stakes to some of these, with the others being of no consequence.

Don’t worry, your southern neighbors are bungling this aspect of the pandemic by refusing to release patents/drugs/whatever to much of the world. Biden and this country are complicit in every COVID mutation and death around the world.

I don’t see the point in it.

This is supremely dumb and all involved should lose their jobs, but honestly this feels like a feel good story after reading this:

Even in that alternative retelling, the MIC profits, the region is destabilized, and the government that actually played a part in the attack continues to gain power and influence.
