I don’t care about power, I like slow cars. The manual is adequate as far as power, I was just stating how awful the cvt is.

Just a gut instinct. But I liked Ron Dennis, which definitely gives me some bias.

I made another comment on it. But basically just embodies everything I dislike about modern America.

If you can’t get your car to 10 MPH without shuddering you shouldn’t be driving a manual.

Source: I split time between my two torqueless wonders, a Honda Fit & an AP1 S2000. Neither car shakes from 0-10 MPH and both handle traffic in my city of 600k people quite well.

The manual is a reasonably adequate car (0-60 in the 8's), the CVT is a soul sucking thing (0-60 in the 10's).

When one version of the car makes a Honda Fit look sporting in a straight line, that’s when I’ll call it slow.

That said, the Crosstrek has zero quirk to it.

Just feels like a smarmy salesman & not in the Flavio Briatore or Maurizio Arrivabene way. McLaren doesn’t feel like the same team it was in their glory days.

Maybe it is the Trumpish vibe I get from him.

Yeah, they didn’t suffer at all. I also watched the McLaren series & came away with, “I hope McLaren never sees another podium as long as Zak Brown is involved.”

And I say this as a lifelong fan of McLaren.

No one would buy an off-road focused Cayenne.

That’s like asking Honda to build an Odyssey with a six speed manual & limited slip diff. It makes no fiscal sense.

I’m a young man.

Trust me, if aging out is to begin, it will have to wait until after my (millennial) generation. Until there is true gender equality, nothing will change & we’re miles off that right now.

Or the movie is a perfectly adequate 60's cop flick & you guys are blogging for Jalopnik rather than reviewing films for the NYT for a reason.

Making money on a casino is hard.

Don’t worry Trump’s a businessman.

Don’t buy an NRG anything. Unless you like low quality garbage as one of the few links between you & not having control of your car.

But like, we have no evidence that is anything like people see an untold number of years in the future. Tesla is all hype. This is a small manufacturer doing stuff for real in a body/chassis developed by Ikeya Formula (Japanese manufacturer of many high end automotive products)

Please stop reposting this kid’s videos. There’s nothing to be gained.

Yeah, but anything from a Tesla press release or Musk’s mouth has less value than the paper it is printed on (email it is found in?)

Yeah, this is really only a commentary on you.

I dislike the Mazda Miata, but only as a result of owning one & finding it a bleh car in all regards, not as a result of any preconceptions.

Lol no. Why would you want something that rides poorly and has an interior built out of Legos?

How tacky are canards on a street car?

Wrigleyville is scary.

The dbag levels are well beyond saturation.

Chicago though, not scary at all.
