If I had the cash on hand, I’d be all over this car. Mileage is a bit high for something that isn’t typically used as a daily, but OTOH it means it didn’t spend a lot of time sitting around.

If the ad disappears, we’ll know it Cayman went.

Conspicuously absent from this story are the numbers that matter; how many kids have been killed and how many have been injured in side-impact crashes because of these supposedly lax standards? I ask this as a parent with a 4-year-old in a booster and 10-year-old who is getting close to being big enough to ride in the

Honestly I’m kinda over the “lack of diversity in the workplace” thing. You can’t hire someone who is a person of color or a minority or a female (or any combination) just because you need diversity. You hire the best person for the position regardless of race or gender. Period.

I hope that Marc is understanding how very serious this all is and will treat the situation appropriately. A fully functioning right arm is a lot more important than the next race.

As the old racing adage goes, “To finish first, you must first finish.”

Marc is indeed dominant but he also crashed out and broke his arm while trying to win this championship. He had his shot, so there is no need for an asterisk.

I almost convinced myself I could live with a Type R as a 42 year old man. Ended up getting an SS sedan.

If you want to keep these cars alive, you need to buy them. This, the Supra, the uhm... I’ll get back to you.

Does it need to be? I’d be happy with more exciting and engaging to drive.

Does Kyle Larson deserve a second chance as a person? Sure! I don’t know that he deserves a second chance as a NASCAR driver, however...

He was burying the lede a little bit.

Due to Corona, all instructed sessions are lead/follow. On the local 2.7mi course, my BRZ is about 10s per lap slower than the very fastest street cars and I’m 20s per lap faster than the fast novices and about 10s per lap faster than fast intermediate drivers.

Yeah, I would prefer a mild evolution of an NA engine myself and let the engineers focus on trying to remove weight from the package. The car is about the experience; not the speed.

I have a 2014 BRZ that I bought new and use as my only vehicle. I’m a track instructor and have put thousands of track miles on my BRZ (I do about 30 track events each year and another dozen or so autocrosses). I love my BRZ and have convinced at least a dozen people to get one.

Normal people don’t track cars at all.

The best solution to this is to not answer any phone numbers you don’t know.

That’s funny. The guys in the airport hawking religion always start with “Can I ask you a question?” To which I reply “You just did!” and keep walking.

At introduction, the N54 was a heap of shit. That was also *14* years ago.
