Right idea, wrong R32.

Or it could just add weight, ruin balance, and make the car slower as a whole just to appease people who can’t properly control their vehicles.
I don’t see any value whatsoever in this proposal. How many people are DDing their Miata in areas that get snow? I did for two years and never once wished for AWD or more grip in general. I got a decent set of winter tires and had an absolute blast in the worst weather that we had had in years.
Man, supra owners are going to have a GREAT time with toyota techs working on their BMW engines....
Pray to the god of Bomex though..
Even in the motorcycle world, Honda is considered conservative for the most part, aside from reviving the mini-bike genre with the grom and it’s new derivatives. They occasionally take a leap of faith (like the new neo cb1000r) but they don’t really push many boundaries.
“I have 2 10 inch hidden subs”
The subwoofer, questionable wheels and nutso camber kill it for me. Though all are fixable to anyone with eyes and taste.
I bet the interior smells like Axe body spray and vape. If it was unmolested, maybe, but in this condition, CP.
If things go according to plan, I will finally, at 51 years of age, get myself licensed to ride and possibly buy a motorcycle. I’m thinking something used, with a budget of $3,000 for the bike itself and another grand for gear.
Auto Industry: Your cars aren’t safe. We need to make them bigger, uglier, heavier, more automated, more complicated, and less fun.

More than you can afford pal!...Ford!
Fair enough. The engines themselves are unreliable after around 80k miles or so. But if you treat the engine (the keg, really) as a wear item, it makes it slightly easier to stomach.
Counterpoint, reliability and longevity of the Renesis motor was so poor that Mazda offered an extended warranty. Half or more of the RX8s on my local Craigslist are on their 2nd and sometimes third engine. What other modern car can you say that about?
Pole hits pole, more at 11.
If I have an honest choice between one of the most reliable Japanese engines on the market and an Italian engine, I’ll choose the Japanese engine every single time.
I feel like they’d be hard-pressed to have made this more wrong for their market or any market if they tried.
That’s dangerous territory. No doubt it is a fantastic vehicle, and I personally think it looks great, but 70k range puts a lot of tried and true heavy hitters in play, and I’m not sure this thing has the chops to hang with them. As others have said, that’s Cayman money, and I’d 100% take the Cayman over this.
We just don’t know. But I’ll be sure to mention that first in my nightly automotive prayers to the car gods.
