“There’s no pleasing fans that both want a carbon copy of the original and will complain about a carbon copy of the original.”
Same. I have no interest in anime but that show really scratched that Firefly itch of quirky weirdos scraping by in a grungy future setting.
My ma doesn’t watch anime either.
Cho was awesome as Spike, I have absolutely no complaints about him, but...
It’s the royal we. I’m the king of Spain.
Appears I’ve been banished to the greys after many years here...I wonder if it has to do with posting things like how the GMG Union is on strike right now...
I’m pretty sure that if “BB” stands for Breaking Bad, it’s generally considered one of the best-written pilots of all time.
“Young Dwight” airing on CBS
Reading about this situation makes my chronically 10-15 minutes late self feel better.
Adam McKay really seems to have climbed all the way inside of his own asshole.
At least let me know who the candy-ass is in this situation.
“I want Tom Hardy.”
Maybe he'll get a job in a Star Wars movie. People say he looks like Han Solo.
Yeah they changed that in DS3. They added a bunch of bonfires before the bosses. I agree with you though. It is fucking really bad in Demons Souls. Like the whole level again to get to the boss. I think they realized that was a flaw and fixed it though.
Main beef wth other Souls games (and I have no idea if it applies to this game): you grind your way to a boss and then the boss destroys you. From the last save station, you now have to trudge through all of the same guys you’ve already taken down again to go up against the same boss again and maybe do better.…
I think it comes down to having played them for soooooo long now.
Why does this attitude only ever get applied to difficult games? When a game is perceived as too easy, gamers can’t complain quick enough that there should a difficulty slider. Nobody seems to care about the artistic vision of the director when the game is easy.
I am one of those people. I do not feel like these games would be any lesser for having a difficulty slider. One player’s easy is another player’s hard.
I stopped being excited for Fallout once 4 made it clear that Todd Howard and Bethesda fundamentally don’t understand the series or its world and will never give up the reins to a team that does (like Obsidian). The fact that Jonathan Nolan is behind the show gives me 0 faith in this too.
