FWIW, 550 is enough to make a decent pizza. Even a good, or great pizza. Ideally you would have hotter temperatures, if you’re aiming for a leopard print bottom side, more in wood or coal fired neapolitan style.

What is the general diameter of those style pizzas? Or can you order different sizes, and then (I assume) they cut them up into roughly the same size squares?

How _did_ it go from counter-culture to counter-counter-culture, then somehow to a lifestyle brand, as ‘my goat ate my homework’ point out? That’s an incredible transformation they did many years ago. you’re on point, how do you ‘buy into’ the opposite of buying-into things? It’d be like buying into a hippie barter…
