Kraft or other powdered parm is a different animal than actual ‘parm’. Totally different flavor, I’m not sure if I believe in ‘umami’ flavor as of this post, but if anything has it, it’s powdered parm. It’s got its own unique flavor, and if that’s what you want/need, there’s only one thing for it.
