Sorry but that’s an oxymoron. If you’re not in the know, you’re not competitive. That’s the whole concept of “meta” that arises in competitive gaming. No. As the article states, you can use a Starter or Veteran level account, which means it’s completely free.

Considering you can achieve this on a frozen/free account I don’t think it’s desperate at all. If someone wants the Paladin skin badly enough they’ll do what it takes to get it. Also, 1-20 is laughably easy to accomplish these days.
