To be fair: He didn't give them that complexity. THEY gave THEMSELVES that complexity. The problem with the main roster WWE is that everything is so written out that the performers aren't allowed to inject themselves into their characters.

According to Triple H, Vince doesn't have an iota of interest in anything happening in NXT to even make it to the point of dreaming up convoluted Attitude era booking.
Breeze had to lose because he is obviously not a threat to Owens and since they are keeping the belt on him they need to make sure that the #1 contender actually looks like he could beat him. I'd love to see Breeze succeed, but when he finally gets his NXT championship push, I'd also like to know he isn't just going…
What a great show! I am very happy that you are doing these reviews now, LaToya.
I found out about Imogen Gay Poots and Ha Ha Clinton-Dix on the same day. It changed me.
They should have come down like Roberto Benigni at the Oscars.
Damn your ethics! But let it be known, Dickhead Killjoy, I will try again. And one day, when you least suspect it, I will wring the spoilers out of you and you'll make some casual AV Club comments reader VERY disappointed!
Two different record labels owned by the same Universal Music Group!
I don't get it. (everyone else was doing it)

Actually a I think a stunner (maybe a bit more like the Diamond Cutter variant as to distance from Stone Cold) would be a good Curb Stomp substitute. Since the key of pulling the move off successfully is in the speed it would help to make Rollins look strong, cause jesus that was a wet fart of a finish at PayBack for…
This stems from my original comment thread and, since I have already watched "Fury Road," I am going to allow spoilers. If other people DIDN'T want to see spoilers then they shouldn't have read this thread under an unrelated article, the rubes!
MIA isn't exactly a very trustworthy source. I imagine there is much more to this story then it being a simple "we filmed a dancer in Africa and now the label refuses to release it."
Oh yeah. I mean, if he had the build to pull it off I'd be great with it as a finisher, especially if they wanted to work an angle where Rollins is trying to emulate Triple H to eventually try and "replace" Triple H.
I thought this was going to be about the comic and then I wondered how I missed the original for there to be a sequel. Then I click on the article just to see some bullshit.
Ahhhh, you want some gum?
Rollins' pedigree looked awful. It isn't a move that works with his crossfit style. If only there was a move that allowed him to use his speed and agility to pull off a big finish…
Nah, they should go back and kill it again.
Hooray! NXT Coverage! Bada bing, LaToya, you're the hottest writer in the (business of writing about the) ring.
How could a Friday night drama not be a success?
