EC pills are 3x-4x as much normal bc pill. It prevents pregnancy if taken 3-5 days after unprotected sex and it can make women sick. It doesn’t cause abortion because EC/BC pills are made a hormone that women naturally produce when pregnant.

Plan B is not an abortion pill. It is emergency contraception meant to block conception within 72 hours of unprotected sex. If conception has occurred, it will not terminate a pregnancy.

Well, I do see a problem with confusing EC and the abortion pill. There are a lot of people that oppose EC or would refuse to use it based on the belief that it causes an abortion, when in fact it prevents pregnancy.
