I'm guessing you haven't played Ryse. If you had, you wouldn't be trying to argue that the breasts are moving naturally. The video posted in the article doesn't come close to showing just how bad it is in game. There are many worse examples that could have been shown. Also, seeing it all unfold on a large TV…
A 'grey zone' would imply the laws are either vague or absent regarding a given situation. The laws here are very clear, it is illegal. Just because something isn't prosecuted against doesn't make it legal, nor is it a 'grey zone'.
That's the current law, but that timeframe keeps getting extended. I don't think they've landed on a final value yet.
Yes, you did make it up. You've never taken the time to read the FAQ for Home of the Underdogs, have you? They clearly state that distributing abandonware is illegal, but choose to distribute the games anyways.
It's not that the game is becoming public domain. There is no 'legal grey zone'. That's something you made up to justify illegally downloading software.
I already have PS+, but this is a fantastic deal.
Yes, they're pretty much sold out everywhere. What you probably saw were returns (for someone who wanted to flip them but couldn't) or cancelled pre-orders.
In the case of Killzone, the PS4 lets you start playing too early (IMO). I found that if you start playing the moment it allows you too, cinematics will suffer from stuttering until the game is more completely installed. This doesn't give a good first impression. It's something developers need to keep in mind.
I'd rather they didn't flip flop with their original announcement and allow me to play disc games without the disc.
I really hope they add 'Xbox eject' in a future update.
After being pleasantly surprised with a $10 PSN credit packaged with the PS4, I was expecting something similar with the XB1. Unfortunately, there was no such addition. Definitely a lost opportunity on Microsoft's part.
3D visuals are nice and all, but the biggest thing that has me excited is the head tracking.
Who said anything about your systems becoming obsolete? They'll only become obsolete once games are no longer actively developed for the platform.
"So any reviews written until now aren't reflecting the game that consumers will actually get their hands on. Yet anyone on the fence about buying the game will check reviews."
I'm sure you're aware that there is a huge community who love model train sets. Think of Train Simulator as their Gran Turismo/Forza.
This needs to be here (skip to 2:00 if you're impatient)

Where does the XB1 vent its heat? I'd like to place my PS4 on top of it. Are there vent holes along the top which would get blocked?
