yeah true eating only piece of popcorn will be less overall calories than eating a whole bag. but i just think that it was kind of weird to bring up that point in the first place. it's a weird note to say it can help you "shed pounds" when it actually makes a fattier piece of popcorn.

that makes a ton of sense. this would definitely work better in certain locations over others (e.g. your snow example). however, i'd be interested to see how much it costs to paint the roads on a frequent enough basis compared to constructing and printing the metal signs and scaffolding that hold them up.

because there's so many cars, they cover the signs on the road? i guess if you are literally driving bumper to bumper the whole way. but i meant this more as a compliment to overhead signs, not as a replacement. it would work much better in some areas than others. i dont know, i just farted that concept out.

i just wish they'd paint road sign info on to the road itself. especially in areas where the the road forks into multiple exits. instead of a single sign that says "exit 12" and a sometimes ambiguous arrow pointing to a lane, couldn't they just paint the words "exit 12" on the lane itself? then i'd know exactly which…
