Ah man, Son of Godzilla is just fine. The only one that sucks about as hard as Godzilla's Revenge is Godzilla Vs. Megalon. Even if it has Jet Jaguar in it.

I actually think there are pros and cons to both movies, especially the way the rampage on Tokyo is presented. The American version cuts out the occasional exposition shots of Tokyo, so it's all Godzilla attacking, relentlessly. But in the Japanese version, you know what it is the mother is saying to her children as

This is by far the best movie in the Godzilla series, but "Mothra Vs. Godzilla" is my favorite GODZILLA movie. It's not as strong a film, but when I think stereotypical Godzilla, I think of that one.

It was 1923, but your point remains.

Kalat's commentaries are fantastic. If you're able to, get a copy of the book he wrote about the Godzilla series, it's great.

"Waltz #2." Every time that song comes on, I pretty much shut down for four minutes.

Well this is really gonna fuck up that Angry Video Game Nerd movie.

I have such fond memories of watching that show when I was a kid, I'm not even going to try rewatching the rest of the show. I learned a pretty

Although to its credit, Hey Dude came first. So Salute Your Shorts was sort of an improved Mach 2.

"You could say the groom is on the other side of the wall."

Yeah, I grew up in Cedar Falls. The less said about Waterloo, the better.

That's one of my favorite phrases to say, and only a select few know what I'm talking about. I imagine it's what saying "The dude abides" was like in 1999.

No, you typed it out.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm pretty sure I just got their name pun this morning. I never really paid much attention them, though. I know they played on a 'Weird Al' Yankovic tune, so they couldn't be all bad, I just never listened to them.

No no, that was Rumours.

Which makes "Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie" the 1990's equivalent of "I'm In You?"

And a damn fine song at that.
